Alpha Course

The Alpha course is an exploration of the meaning of life and relationship with Jesus - whether you're interested in finding out more or brushing up on the basics, this is an opportunity to interact or to just sit back and listen. What did others think of the last course? "relaxed and laid back" "safe to ask questions and I've made a lot of friends" "no pressure to conform"

The Alpha Course at PBC The Alpha Course outlines what Christianity is including answering questions like 'who is Jesus', 'who is the Holy Spirit', 'what about pain' and many others.  It offers a brunch meal to start the morning or a meal if held in the evening enabling you to get to know the others on the course.  This is followed by a talk or DVD and opportunities to ask questions and clarify what you've heard in small groups.   For more information, please contact the PBC Church office by email to office@pemburybaptistchurch.org or by phone to 01892 825590. Media Comment "What Alpha offers, and what is attracting thousands of people, is permission, rare in secular culture, to discuss the big questions - life and death and their meaning."
