"The men of PBC and friends gathered on the evening of Friday 10th October at the church for a special time with God. It started with light refreshments followed by a hearty curry (thanks to Rosie Bass and colleagues for this excellent meal!) after which we moved to the main part of the evening, praising God. Simon Cragg and his friends provided some quite brilliant music, probably nearly two hour's worth, quite a feat in itself! There were some 'old favourites' and some not so well known songs - a great evening.
The evening for me was even greater, as we as a family, and me as a person, have gone through some difficult times, and I think it's true to say that without God and PBC friends we would not be as strong as we are today. However, during the time of worship I felt God shining a light on me and saying to me 'don't worry, I will guide you through and will be holding your hand.' It was a great evening, and would strongly recommend any men out there to try and ensure that they make the next Curry & Worship."
