Wayne's Blog

Wayne - Wayne 2Wayne's blog website and blog can be seen in two ways. It is both nothing more than random ideas and thoughts from Wayne, but also where Wayne shares his heart about God, church, family, issues in the news and life in general.

This blog is Wayne's personal thoughts and opinions, as well as the current happenings and behind the scenes news from PBC. It is important for you, the reader to know that everything that you find here are Wayne's personal opinions and any views which are expressed are those of Wayne and do not in any way constitute views held by everyone else in PBC. The views expressed by Wayne do not necessarily reflect the views of PBC, this website, those who link to this website, the author's wife, mother, daughter, brother, cousins, friends and the author himself...

Wayne welcomes comments, ideas, inspiration, feedback on sermons, book recommendations. Join the conversation.

News & Announcements

25th April, 2008

Our next teaching series begins on the 18th May. Called 'Ask Anything', it is a series that will look at hard questions that you have or hold your friends back from finding faith. Please e-mail your hard questions to askanything@pemburybaptistchurch.org

23rd April, 2008

Our guest speaker at this Sunday's United Service (10am) is Gavin Calver. He was really appreciated on his last visit for his powerful, no-nonse preaching style. Our United service has a special event in our hall for all children and teaching for adults in the sanctuary.

18th April, 2008

A notice to all PBC members: our AGM begins at 7:45pm on the 22nd April for refreshments and time together. The evening includes: worship and prayer, important reviews of 2007, reaffirmation (voting) of the Eldership and an exciting vision announcement about the year ahead. Please make every effort to be there.
