WHAT IS MENTORING?
Coffee shop chatLearning, growth and spiritual development occurs in relationship. C.S. Lewis describes it well, ‘Think of me as a fellow patient in the same hospital who, having been admitted a little earlier, could give some advice.' Mentoring at PBC is an informal ministry that practices a simple principle: ‘Those who walk with the wise grow wise' (Proverbs 13:20). The goal is encouragement. Mentoring is not about a carefully outlined curriculum. It's about life-on-life relationships. Being mentored or being a mentor is one of the most important investments of time we can make.

WHAT'S THE TIME COMMITMENT?Mentoring 1 - Mentoring
