Hot chocolateOur evening cafe service officially begins at 6:30pm but many people arrive 6:15 to enjoy the hot chocolate, coffee or cakes that are served at the beginning of the service.

The service lasts from 6:30pm - 8pm, with anything from worship, discussion, playdo modelling (!), teaching included in that time. The service is seated around tables and chairs, often candlelit.

It's also for those who like their lie-ins on a Sunday morning! We encourage those involved in Children's Ministry in the morning to come and 'receive' in the evening and the teaching is duplicate from the morning service, but with discussion.

The futureChocolate cookies - Lovely food at our PBC cafe...

Our Cafe service is only two years old. In this time it has found a rhythm and style that is authentic but we hope this service will continually develop as more people get on board with the vision to see it grow and improve. We are looking for people willing to join set-up teams, creative worship teams, amongst other things, to be a part of this wonderful gathering. If you like to see art and creativity as part of worship, or to chat more about how you might help, please e-mail or speak to Wayne Alexander, Pastor.

Testimony - Saved from Self Harm

4th February, 2010

Becky gave her testimony on being freed from the addiction of self harm when Rev. Philip Davis spoke on 'Transformation' and has kindly allowed us to reproduce her words on the website for encouragement to a wider audience. We praise God for her freedom from this debilitating but common issue among young people and pray that it might make a difference to others to hear her words. Click on the heading to read her testimony.
