1st, 2nd and 3rd Sunday Evenings in the Month at PBC - Worship, Word and Witness

Hot chocolateOur Sunday evening cafe service officially begins at 6:30pm but many people arrive 6:15 to enjoy the refreshments that are served at the beginning of the service.

The service lasts from 6:30pm - 8pm, and is based on a Worship, Word and Witness style, the first Sunday in the month being focussed particularly on Worship, the second, on searching God's Word and the third, Witness, is a time of prayer and testimony.

These services are designed to help you in your relationship with the Lord, to go deeper in prayer, study the Word, enjoy times of Worship and discover your freedom in Christ.

The fourth Sunday evening in the month is The Bridge, a service specifically for youth aged 11-18.

If there is a fifth Sunday in the month, there is no evening service on that day.

If you can't make the morning service, we encourage you to come and worship the Lord in the evening.  If you missed the sermon in the morning, it can be found on this website usually by the following Monday morning.

Back to Church Sunday - 26th September 2010

31st August, 2010

On Sunday 26th September, PBC is joining in the national initiative 'Back to Church Sunday', an annual set aside Sunday which provides a great opportunity to invite friends, family and neighbours along for a taster of 'church'. There are prayer cards and invitation cards available from the Church Welcome Table or the Church Office. Do start praying for those you would like to invite along to this 'Come as You Are' morning service, and give them the invitation card or just ask them! Rev. Wayne Alexander will be sharing the good news of Jesus with us after spending time in worship. You don't have to wait for an invite if you'd like to join us in worship - you're welcome anyway!
