Prayer

"They all joined together constantly in prayer" Acts1:14 Prayer is vital to everything we do as a church. We ask and encourage those who call PBC their spiritual home to be committed to growing in prayer. The foundation of our corporate prayer activity is our regular prayer and worship meetings where we pray for PBC, our community, our own country and other nations. We have prayer gatherings before our Sunday services and a weekly prayer meeting on Monday mornings. There are also various other annual prayer events and opportunities to pray which will be promoted from time to time at church or on our website events calendar. 

Sundays at 9.30am

Join us in the Prayer Room to seek and call on God's blessing and Holy Spirit power before each of our services.

Mondays at 11.00am

We meet on Monday mornings at 11.00am in the Church Foyer to come before the Lord in prayer, worship and supplication in an unstructured meeting focussing on PBC's needs. All are welcome.

Tuesday at 8pm - monthly every first Tuesday
We meet on every first Tuesday evening on a monthly basis for a Church prayer meeting.  It starts at 8pm.  All are welcome.
Prayer ministry

Prayer ministry is available after every service. The purpose of the prayer ministry team is to actively encourage and be available to pray for people needing prayer support. By being open and responsive to the working of the Holy Spirit, we pray that God's love, guidance and healing power would be released for the benefit of His people and to His glory.

Pembury Messy Church Special - Saturday 8th June

The next Pembury Messy Church will be a special event, held at the Pembury Pavilion, on Saturday 8th June between 3pm-5pm for a mixture of Christian themed craft, activities, talk, song and food.  Please do book in and let us know any allergies by calling 01892 825590 or by emailing office@pemburybaptistchurch.org.  You can also book through St Peter's Church Office on 824761 or emailing office@pemburychurch.net.


Kingdom Cafe - Saturday 15th June

Kingdom Cafe returns on Saturday 15th June between 10am and 2pm.  Kingdom Cafe opens every third Saturday of the month throughout the year for free cake, refreshments and conversation.  Books are available to borrow and browse.  Children have their own table for colouring. Do come along, bring a friend or come alone, be quiet or enjoy the company! 


Women2Women Speaker and Sweet - Wednesday 5th June 2019

The next Women2Women event is Speaker and Sweet on Wednesday 5th June 2019 at 7.30pm when we welcome Emily Tyler as speaker on the 'Circus of Life'.  Pimms and pavlova will be served.  Tickets are £5 per person.  Juice, tea and coffee will also be provided. PBC Prayer Meeting - Tuesday 4th June
